I remember now! My Seal files arent the greatest for looking at because I never really make note of where I put things!

You have to add:
HTMLOADER_BACKGROUND 255,255,255
HTMLOADER_TEXT ...

I just checked in my Seal files, I already uploaded the binary version of the Seal2.0 port to Seal already. It's at http://sealsystem.sourceforge.net/darragh/hpage.zip If I have time or if no one else ...
