I'm afraid so, SEAL seems to be pretty much dead. People have come along at times and tried to do things with it, but none have managed to resurrect the project.

That's really sad.

Is there anyone willing to work on it around? I was planning to write something very similar to seal. I even got something written down ( threading + dynamic library loader what I thought to use as executables ) but it would be cool to work on seal instead. so if anyone here is still interested and knows a thing or two about seal core I'd be glad to give it a try

Well, the code is available for anyone to work on. If you want help with something, post here and someone might try to help you (I may be the only person who still reads these forums, who knows really...). Good luck!

well I too sometimes skim through...

I think I might give it a try...

there's work being done on converting wxWidgets to allegro backend -thus making it possible to use wxWidgets in DOS on top of allegro wich would be far better GUI system and loads of applications could be ported to seal this way.
