Could FreeDOS/SealSystem work (be used on a ) TIQIT ( http://www.tiqit.com - IIRC on the URL)? If it could a full operating system like Windows, why not a combo FreeDOS/SealSystem?

well, if the thing supports Vesa video, it's just a PC.

of course, on a machine like that, you'd want to run Linux.

I tried Linux but never had much success with it (tried it on a desktop). If I was going to try a non-Win os on it, it would probably be OS/2 Warp or eComStation ( http://www.ecomstation.com ) Since this forum is on the Seal System, I thought I ask if it was possible to install SS on the TIQIT (it supposedly is able to run a full os llike Win). Thanks for the information. The TIQIT seems rather hight in price but if it does come down in price, it would be neat to try differrent os's on it.

Because of its size, the keyboard would probably be loperated by ones thumbs while holding it with both hands (one on either side). I hope it does come down in price the way audio cassette players and cd players have come down in price.
