Is there any TCP/IP availible for apps in seal? would it be possible to utilise a dos tcp/ip driver such as trumpet's dos tcp interupt driver?

no, there aren't.

XSeal will have BSD sockets support, but the TCP/IP stack is a problem that currently doesn't matter (writing a TCP/IP stack for an unexisting system isn't the best idea...)

but if I try install de ms-tcpip for DOS from microsoft and programming in BSD sockets with GCC ...
is works ?!?!
