Allegro 4 is really good and fast.

Decoupling SEAL from Allegro might be a mistake!

How's that for an announcement?

Allegro is nice, yes. Sadly, nothing has happened with SEAL in years. Nobody seems to have the motivation or desire to do anything with it. I can't even run or build SEAL natively, now that I've upgraded to XP x64 Edition (I'd have to use VMWare or somesuch).

I did, however, out of boredom I guess, tidy up the CVS repository and migrate it to Subversion last night. No new code, but it's all a bit tidier. clickity-click.
