The precompiled version of SEAL 2.0 worked fine....
but when i tried to compile the .c files manually...
it gave a bunch of errors in almost all files...
i used borland...
can u please tell me step by step how to compile seal 2.0 manually?

The simple answer is that you can't compile SEAL with Borland, much because of Allegro, wich is the underlying library for graphics... You have to use djgpp (gcc). available at www.delorie.com, for free of course...

Allegro does actually support Borland C++, but only later 32-bit versions, and you can only build the examples and tools, etc, for the Windows version with it. (Also, Allegro 1.0 supported BC as one of it's two targets, the other being DJGPP).

But yes, as was just mentioned, you need to download DJGPP from www.delorie.com/djgpp/.

my question was that how to compile it?
i mean which files to compile
gcc whichfile.c ?

There should be batch files for each app or use !doall.bat to compile everything.

but still it gives some errors...

run !engine.bat for kernel ...
(the !doall.bat is out-dated and doesn't work)
