Since im most into icons at the moment (get diffrent icons for diffrent drives...) I haven't touched SCL code for some days...

What I can say though, is that the wrapping of the object-files are done, but it doesn't compile... I have to sort some syntax errors, out, but it is mostly done. The view object (which is vastly easier to wrap) is also soon done. And later I'll move on to the others...

My strategy until now, have been to wrap just about everything up right here and now. Im going to abandon that one, since it will take so long before any release, and that will make you doubt on my project, as well as I will doubt it So, Ill try to wrap more hastily with the most essential stuff, to get it to work, and let you use some of the C specifics for the not yet wrapped things.

Am I making any sense here?

What is it with you and WinTix? Are you a WinTix advertising robot?

Boo !!

Cant get it run run on my WinXP machine. Tried to get the source, it slaps back 404.

Ive only heard of GPL programs which do not provide binaries, but the source is prominently shown.

The program maybe real good, but without the source, it sucks.

And, most of the links are broken there. Can this guy register a sf.net project ??

I dont even see a SDK available. Atleast Force had a SDK. The header files are enough for one to study the internals.

Not really a robot no.

Lets say I am a freedos fan, and like to see how things are going with the OpenSource GUI community. When I was reading the forum, it seems WinTix is still in full development. Not so good as Seal, but it comes pretty close with that new looking version of there's.

I also tried the links, and gave me also a 404 . I'll send Chaotix a mail about that. I also like to see whats going on in the source.

However, like I said, wintix seems in full development, but I havent heard much from seal these days. How are things going with that new version I have read about.

Grz,

Oh, by the way. About that windows XP problem. I also had that problem a month ago, and then there was some things on the website to run it on under xp. It seems they have deleted that text, but I could remember something about getting the properties for wintix.exe, and set all memmory settings to maximum, and not at Auto. I believe that was the answer to running wintix on xp.

And what is a SDK????
