This is for SEAL's developer. Why not try to recruit some skinners from the Windows skinning community? Submit a news item to deviantART.com or lotsofskins.com explaining what SEAL and FreeDOS (I know they are two entirely different things but they sure appear to be intertwined, from the outside at least) are and explain that skinners are needed. There are some amazing talents in the Windows skinning community and there might be some people that would be interested in doing some cool gui's for SEAL.

Very good idea

But we should wait with that until we have an api that is skinnable... I mean, when we actually can do a Seal build that will do most of the things Seal 3.0 will do...

This is the whole reason I left - you are waiting for and depending this notion of a Seal3 too much. It is a good idea but should be done totally seperate from seal2.
