that's pretty cool. too bad it doesn't have anything to do with FreeDOS. they just picked the first free OS they found that fitted on a floppy.

I wonder if Seal will be included?

Everything on the FreeDOS Beta 8 CD-ROM will be included (as that's what will be put in the box). This includes SEAL 2.0 Lambda. Shame it isn't 2.00.11, but ah well, it's better than nothing.

I agree Owen, and with that in mind we better get cracking on Seal 3.0 because we never know when our next oppertunity will arise again.

They did it as a smack in the face to Microsoft....maybe we should make a real good presentation to DELL customers and work on a FreeDOS CD of our own that installs with Seal as the default GUI.

i'm trying to say that SEAL is ok to be shown to our friends or new people. But means absolutelly nothing for people like DELL. You can't do anything with SEAL and DELL people needs oses that you can do something with them. They choose FreeDOS because you can do something with it.

it's a nice thought but no, they chose FreeDOS because it's small it's fairly easy to support and install and because it's there.
